Maintenance Plumber – City of London – £34,000 + Overtime

Location: City of London
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our growing engineering team working across a prestigious commercial site portfolio within the City of London.

The Role

As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across commercial properties.

Duties Include:

• Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Fault finding and repairing plumbing systems
• Maintenance of toilets, taps, pipework, valves, pumps, and drainage systems
• Minor installation works
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
• Liaising with clients and site teams professionally

Requirements:

• Level 2 Plumbing Qualification minimum (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent)
• Previous experience within commercial maintenance preferred
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Package & Benefits:

• £34,000 basic salary
